About the Role Experience supporting Maths is an advantage Candidates must have their own car and business insurance as there may be some driving for school involved - Safe & Well checks at pupils' homes. Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with behavioural needs in mainly maths lessons. Help create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment. Support pupils' academic progress as well as their emotional wellbeing and personal development. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver personalised learning plans. Contribute to behaviour management and therapeutic support strategies. About You Candidate must be fully compliant; this includes a DBS on the update system.
