As Partner Program Manager for Northern Europe, you will lead the roll‑out and growth of the OVHcloud Partner Program across the UK, Scandinavia, Ireland, and the Netherlands. In close collaboration with cluster stakeholders and local sales teams, you will carry end‑to‑end responsibility for ensuring the success of the Partner Program in your region. We are looking for someone with a strong passion for channel strategy, proven experience in indirect sales, and a solid grasp of business operations and partner ecosystems. Your role will be to support local sales in acquiring, developing, and engaging our partner network, ultimately driving partner productivity, profitability, and long‑term growth. Your main responsibilities Build a deep understanding of the partner landscape in Northern Europe (VARs, SIs, MSPs, consultancies, training companies). Identify high‑potential partners through industry events, ecosystem mapping, and collaboration with distributors and suppliers. Represent OVHcloud at key local events and host webinars or meet‑ups to promote the Partner Program. Manage the Partner Program pipeline and dashboard, ensuring alignment with regional acquisition targets. Drive revenue growth from acquired partners. Partner onboarding & training Run onboarding sessions for new partners and deliver training tailored to the needs of the region. Deploy the training plan for Northern Europe, in coordination with local and corporate communication teams. Define joint Business Development Plans with Advanced Partners, setting clear training and enablement objectives. Promote certifications and track progress against training KPIs, ensuring partners meet contractual requirements through regular reviews. Manage the regional partner communication plan, including newsletters, webinars, and targeted campaigns. Design and deliver co‑marketing initiatives with top partners (leveraging MDFs) in collaboration with regional sales directors. Coordinate partner events across Northern Europe to strengthen engagement and visibility. Maintain the Partner Program website for your region, ensuring accurate partner directories and content updates. Act as the regional "source of truth" for all Partner Program activities. Skills required 5+ years of experience in channel, partner, or ecosystem management. Knowledge of the IT industry and partner business models (VARs, SIs, MSPs, consultancies). Strong adaptability, with the ability to navigate diverse markets and evolving priorities. Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable building from scratch in a challenger environment. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change across functions. Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable representing OVHcloud at events. Proficiency with business tools (Office 365, CRM, marketing automation platforms).
