You’ll work closely with both finance and site teams, helping to strengthen controls, improve accuracy and provide insight to support decision‑making across the Group.As Assistant Management Accountant you will be:Assisting with production of monthly management accounts across multiple entitiesPosting journals including accruals, prepayments and rechargesCompleting balance sheet reconciliations and resolving outstanding itemsSupporting P&L analysis and variance commentaryMaintaining fixed asset registers and depreciation schedulesAnalysing site, production, logistic and fuel costsWorking with operational teams to ensure accurate reporting of volumes and KPIsAssisting with job costing and process improvement initiativesAs Assistant Management Accountant you will get:Full study support (ACCA/CIMA/AAT)Clear progression and development opportunitiesExposure to a wide range of responsibilities across a growing GroupA supportive and collaborative finance teamA salary of £35,000 - £45,000At Rutherford Briant, we are passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion.
