The Department: Marketing Gemini is looking for a motivated crypto marketer with a deep understanding of the French crypto industry to join as our France Marketing Associate. They will support localized marketing efforts for Gemini in France, including campaign coordination, content localization, and performance tracking. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants to learn from a global team and help build Gemini’s brand in the French market. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the crypto industry. This position requires a native French speaker based in France or the UK. This position will play a crucial role in the success of our European expansion. Success in this role requires a strong bias for action. Responsibilities Product Marketing: Support the development and execution of localized marketing initiatives for Gemini products. Assist in adapting global messaging and creative for the French market, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy across campaigns, content, and partner communications. Brand Campaigns & Local Events: Support the planning and execution of local brand campaigns that drive awareness and engagement in France. Assist with event coordination and activation, ensuring Gemini’s presence is professional, impactful, and on-brand. Identify and work with French creators, influencers, and community partners who can amplify Gemini’s voice across social channels. Localization & Creative Execution: Localize and review marketing assets, including web content, social media posts, email, and paid campaigns, ensuring tone and messaging align with Gemini’s global brand. Collaborate with agencies or vendors to ensure translations, design, and production meet timelines and quality standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with European marketing, social, brand, and product teams to support go-to-market and brand initiatives across multiple touchpoints. Partner with compliance, legal, and product to ensure all local marketing activity meets regulatory standards and brand guidelines. Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to align on priorities and campaign execution. Customer Obsessed: Develop a strong understanding of the French crypto audience and community trends. Use insights from customer feedback, social engagement, and local sentiment to inform campaign decisions and improve user experience. Help identify opportunities for community engagement and storytelling that highlight Gemini’s values of trust, transparency, and innovation. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships or project experience welcome). Native French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. Passionate about crypto, fintech, and financial innovation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities. Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics. Familiarity with crypto markets or financial products is a plus but not required. Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, global marketing organization. Ability to travel to France for local initiatives is a must.
