OverviewLead Growth Analyst - Recommend Marketing role at Wise. We are looking for a (Lead) Growth Marketing Analyst to support the growth and optimisation of our Invite program. You will be part of the Growth Analytics function, a new team formed to support how we understand what drives growth for Wise and how we can leverage these opportunities within our marketing channels and key marketing pillars.ResponsibilitiesBe a member of the growth marketing analytics team which serves as an horizontal analytics team working with all channels and marketing leads to find and analyse areas of growth.Own the workstream within this team for Invite; from creating frameworks to understand performance today globally, identifying analytically and commercially the highest points of leverage within the program, designing experiments and strategies to test these, and quantifying the impact to growth.Partner with the Invite Marketing Team, Product Managers and product analysts to achieve alignment and influence the planning of the marketing teams.Facilitate performance discussions around the channel alongside the Invite Marketing Team, and disseminate these updates to our Marketing leadership team and CMO.Collaborate with other growth and regional analysts and feed these insights into the planning and opportunity identification for the invite channel.A Bit About YouYou are an experienced analyst who is comfortable working with vague/ambiguous analytical problem areas in the marketing/growth space.You have demonstrable experience in driving impact through new strategies from opportunity identification through to outcome.Experience working with Marketing teams and stakeholders; ideally within the Invite/Recommend space.You have technical breadth as an analyst from insight generation, building data models, building reporting and executing testing (A/B testing, geo testing etc.).You have experience working with complex data models in SQL (our warehouse is Snowflake) and analysing it using advanced SQL/Python/R.(Desirable) You have worked in fintech or a similar high growth industryAbout WiseWise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money.
