Insurtech Insights is part of United Media which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.What we offer youAs our Account Management Director, you’ll have the unique opportunity to be part of building and scaling a new team in the company focused on account management. You’ll be working out of our HQ in London, and to ensure a never-ending growth curve, we provide you with:An opportunity to get operational experience in a start-up where both your work and the results are highly tangible and matter to the businessA chance to work closely together with the CEO on our sales executionUnlimited growth potential in our company – we strongly believe in and have a track record of promoting internallyYour ResponsibilitiesHiring, leading and developing a teamOwning and developing strategies and processesSegmenting clients and organising the teamBeing overall responsible for the entire portfolio of accountsBuilding strong and tight relationships with your portfolio of accountsUpselling and cross‑sellingWorking closely with other teams and departmentsAttending conferences and events to meet clients and stay updated in our industryWhat we expect from youSeveral years in account management with an excellent track recordExperience leading a team or strong aspiration to do soTrack record and ability to build strong relations with clients and other stakeholdersAbility to shape processes and define strategies to segment accountsStructured approach to managing a portfolio of accounts and prioritizing accountsAbility to take ownership of everything you do, being proactive and following throughExcellent communicator skills, especially verbally and in writingRelentless drive and desire to be the very best at what you doUnparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgencyIf this sounds like you, then we need to hear from you today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
