Management Accountant
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum based on experience

Ways of Working: Hybrid - Minimum 3 days at the site

What we do.
This particular role is at our Bakkavor Meals site in Park Royal - West London. Split across 3 factories and 1 distribution centre. The factories make chilled ready meals, houmous dips, deli products & savoury accompaniments and employs over 2,000 people.
About the role.
In this busy and exciting role, you will provide a high-quality service to support to internal stakeholders as the lead point of contact for one of the factories. This is not your typical management accountant role, you'll be hands on working closely with operations providing support from a finance perspective. Including responsibility to report, drive and challenge Factory Performance reporting.
Role Accountabilities.
Preparing reports for review, circulate reports and present in meetings
Product costings analysis
Business partnering - building strong relationships with other functions
Applying the commercial and operational controls and escalating breaches to management
Preparing, reviewing and presenting costing analysis of our current and future product range- supporting commercial and development functions
Providing analysis on Capex opportunities at sites
Direct report responsibility
Be site finance lead on minor project implementations
Limited month end involvement About you
Experience in a similar role (desired but not essential)
Previous experience in working with Finance ERP systems
Desirable -CIMA/ACCA (or other recognised bodies) part qualified or QBE
Strong communication skills
Confident working with data & building analysis
Able to work to pace and deadlines.
