Position Details Salary: £32,778.72 per annum Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday–Friday Location: Kiln Way, Swadlincote, DE11 8EA Fully remote UK-based role with significant flexibility to align with US Central Daylight Time (CDT). About the Role First Fence plans to launch a service-focused offering in the US market, beginning with initial operations in Texas. We need a proactive Marketing Coordinator to translate technical product information into compelling marketing assets for the US market. The successful candidate will act as the key link between the technical team and commercial departments, ensuring consistent brand presentation across all channels. Key Responsibilities Brand & Asset Coordination: Act as intermediary between Technical Design Engineers and e-commerce, ensuring product renders, technical drawings, and lifestyle images are produced and used in accordance with brand guidelines. Catalogue & Publication Management: Take full responsibility for creating US product catalogues, liaising with third‑party designers and translating technical specifications into clear design briefs. Digital Marketing & Social Media: Plan, execute, and monitor US market social media campaigns, analysing key metrics and performance. Event Coordination: Assist in planning, arranging, and executing trade days and national exhibitions within the US. Design & Campaign Execution: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva to create ad‑hoc marketing materials; use email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Mailgun) for targeted US campaigns. Travel & Eligibility Requirements Occasional international travel to Texas for marketing events and initiatives. Must hold a valid UK passport. Must be eligible to travel to the United States (e.g., under the ESTA Visa Waiver Program). Must possess a full, valid UK driving licence. Subject to a background check; no unspent criminal convictions.
