The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) who is motivated by both personal wealth and building something bigger. What You’ll Do Win high‑value deals – lead sales of £150k–£1m+ multi‑year programmes across consulting, SaaS, and managed services. Grow partnerships – develop collaborative alliances with insurers, brokers, FM firms, and networks that multiply opportunities. Engage senior management – work with client leadership teams to understand needs and shape solutions that deliver measurable value. Build a business – play a direct role in scaling Ark’s sales engine, contributing ideas, best practices, and energy to help the team hit ambitious growth goals. Achieve together – collaborate with marketing, customer success, and delivery teams to make sure deals turn into long‑term client success.
