ServiceNow's Alliances and Channel Ecosystem (ACE) organization is a strategic pillar for the organization's growth engine. This individual will play a key role in delivering on the ACE transformational vision: 'Partner Success' is synonymous with 'Customer Success' in accelerating Digital Transformation & predictable Business Outcomes.

We are looking for a dynamic leader that thrives in a fast pace working environment and can play an integral role in managing ServiceNow's relationship with EY, our Strategic Global Alliance, in the EMEA region.

Primary focus:

  • Regionalise the global, strategic multi-year joint plans with our global elite alliance partner focused on Co-Sell & Co-Delivery to accelerate our joint Clients' Digital Transformation Journey in enterprise segments.
  • Enable & establish World Class Delivery Capability, Capacity & Competency with named global elite alliance partner by NOW Product Line.
  • Drive Alliance operational rigor, consistency and business review governance with ServiceNow and senior partner stakeholders.

Reporting into the AVP, Strategic Global Alliances, EMEA, fulfilling this role means you will be managing the relationship, strategy development and execution, and all go-to-market functions for our alliance relationships with EY within ServiceNow EMEA geography. A successful Alliance Manager enables cross collaboration between ServiceNow and our alliance partner, creates and executes strategic plans and drives market development activities that accelerates ServiceNow and partner's position within the market.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience operating at the senior executive levels and have a solid understanding of partner's business model. A high business acumen is a must with the ability to translate how ServiceNow's technology platform can enable partner's go-to-market service offerings.

A high-energy candidate with diverse skill sets such as relationship building, strategy development, negotiation, problem solving and communications and who are looking to operate at the executive levels should apply.

To be successful in this role you have:
