Director Pre Sales EMEA Mid-Market

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced and strategic Director EMEA MidMarket Solution Consulting to join our leadership team. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the EMEA MidMarket SCs and the EMEA MidMarket SC leadership team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in solution consulting a strong background in the midmarket space and a proven ability to lead highperforming teams to deliver complex solutions to our clients.
As the Director of EMEA MidMarket SC you will work closely with senior leadership to define and execute on the strategic vision for the EMEA MidMarket segment. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative solutions driving customer success and ensuring your team is equipped with the tools resources and support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management: Lead the EMEA team of MidMarket solution consultants ensuring alignment with overall company goals while fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous learning.
Strategic Vision & Execution: Develop and execute the strategic vision for the EMEA MidMarket Solution Consulting team. Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to shape and deliver solutioning strategies for MidMarket customers.
Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers helping them understand how ServiceNow can drive digital transformation and solve their business challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers.
Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales leadership team to define and drive gotomarket strategies. Provide expertise during sales cycles to ensure successful positioning of ServiceNows solutions increasing win rates and customer satisfaction.
Process & Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of solutions by implementing best practices processes and tools. Optimize resources to ensure the team is delivering the highest level of service and value to our customers.
Talent Development: Cultivate a highperforming engaged team through mentorship training and professional development opportunities. Create a path for career growth within the organization.
Market Insight: Stay on top of industry trends and customer needs adapting strategies to meet the evolving demands of the MidMarket segment.
Qualifications :
Experience: 7 years of experience in solution consulting with at least 5 years in leadership roles overseeing solution consultants or similar functions in the MidMarket space. Proven track record in managing complex deals driving customer success and leading large diverse teams.
Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the MidMarket customer segment including their unique challenges opportunities and buying behaviors. Experience working within the enterprise software space particularly in cloudbased solutions is highly preferred.
Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire develop and guide teams. Strong track record of building highperforming teams and creating a positive inclusive culture.
Communication & Influence: Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders sales teams customers and other stakeholders.
ResultsOriented: Strong focus on driving results with a proven ability to meet and exceed business goals. Comfortable working in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
