The role is home-based but will require national travel to support your team of General Managers. As a Portfolio Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our commitment to exceptional customer experiences, health and safety, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of General Managers across a national portfolio of properties. Drive KPI performance, accountability, and ownership through supportive leadership. Conduct regular 1‑1s, setting realistic SMART goals for your team. Maintain high standards through planned visits, audits, coaching, and supportive meetings. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, training, and development. Influence sales performance and drive operational excellence for outstanding customer satisfaction. Manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and reporting. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Success in managing KPIs and driving positive outcomes. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Knowledge of facilities management, health and safety, and compliance.
