Job TitleSr. Portfolio ManagerJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionPosition Title: HSBC Account Sr. Portfolio ManagerDepartment: Occupier Management GOSGrade: PartnerReports To: Global Account DirectorLocation: London Paris Dubai Mexico CityAbout Cushman & WakefieldCushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) is a leading global commercial real estate services firm for property owners and occupiers with approximately 52000 employees in nearly 400 offices and 60 countries.Role Purpose:The Sr. Portfolio Manager will be responsible for delivery of portfolio management services as described in SOW summary for the HSBC account within the assigned geography.Key Interfaces: Account Regional Delivery teams across all service lines Account Finance Tech Interlock Partners Client Regional & Global stakeholders HSBC WE&O and CM partners ESG and Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM) platformKey Responsibilities:Oversee & manage service delivery team within assigned geographyBe responsible for commercial and operational actions for the implementation of required scope within assigned geographyManage in-region escalations & issuesLiaise with in-region client stakeholders & interlock partnersLiaise with C&W in-country delivery partners and account service line teamsEnsure cost effective operational running of allocated sitesEnsure service delivery meets performance standardsTrack and report all data required for performance (KPI) reportingActively participate and gather all required data & insights for portfolio planning process with service line leads and interlock partnersOversee estates management service delivery within assigned geography (Liaison with clients and 3rd parties i.e. landlords and their agents to ensure uninterrupted use of the clientspremises effectively acting as the intermediary between landlord and tenant)Identify and drive through cost savings for ClientOversee Estates Management service delivery within assigned geographyOversee Property Asset Management (PAM) - subtenant management service delivery within assigned geography for sublet properties monitor income collection and tenant liaisonOversee transaction management service delivery for client within assigned geography (lease renewals acquisitions dispositions -subletting-early surrender freehold acquisition / disposition) and valuationsEnsure strict adherence to client and account EM-TM-PAM processesContinuously monitor for risks and issues and develop appropriate solutioning in conjunction with account leadership teamEnsure adherence to lease terms and compliance with statutory requirements and advising client of sameManage and liaise with other Cushman & Wakefield teams and interlock partners to provide a full service to the clientLead and ensure effective client relationship management for client stakeholders in assigned geography and scope of serviceKey Performance Indicators:Contribution to achievement of client and regional targetsClient satisfactionDelivery of regular and accurate client reportsServices undertaken within client budgetContinuous improvement operational efficiency opportunities and innovationKnowledge & Experience:People management experience10 years of portfolio management experience preferably with finance sector experienceStrong leadership skillsUp to date knowledge of legislation regarding property managementDemonstrable technical competence in property managementBasic IT skills (word-processing and spreadsheets)Industry specific packages (e.g. TRAMPS/PM&A)General practice background for or within either a corporate public sector or private practiceSkills & Qualifications: Forward Planning Plans and priorities own workload in order to achieve property management deliverablesEnabling Delivery Capable of delivering property management effectively and thoroughly within agreedstandardsCommercially Minded Seeks efficiencies and cost savings for the clientBuilding Relationships Establishes and nurtures harmonious relationships with clients their advisers andcolleaguesDeveloping People Places a priority on developing own skills knowledgeable and abilities in line with team requirements Equivalent academic qualificationsDegree level estate management qualification or equivalent desiredMembership of RICSWe foster a culture of inclusion that embraces the unique strengths perspectives and experiences of all our employees.
