WE NEED YOU TO: Consistently deliver exceptional service Welcome clients warmly, guide them to products and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience Efficiently manage stock by pair checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining consistent standards to ensure smooth operations Ensure the shop floor is kept tidy and replenished and that store standards are maintained Support your management team by working towards individual and team sales targets Provide details of Kurt Geiger loyalty programs, highlighting the benefits and encouraging participation to enhance their shopping experience Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities Be a role model for our brand and adhere to uniform standards (all black, unbranded and reflective of the brand) Regularly participate in training activities to become a confident brand ambassador Requirements Strong communicator Understanding of excellent service Interest and awareness of key fashion trends Self-motivated and driven by targets Confident working in a team Benefits Competitive basic hourly rate Amazing employee discounts Fabulous shoes Our Stores The first Kurt Geiger store opened on London Bond street in 1963.
