Details We are looking for someone to join our Residential Conveyancing team and to be responsible for a varied caseload of property work. We are looking for either a Solicitor or Legal Executive, and ideally someone with the desire for progression. As part of our growing Conveyancing team you will work closely with and report directly to the head of the department. Cycle to work scheme Childcare vouchers Free tea and coffee forever About the role You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of Conveyancing work including sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold property, registered and unregistered land, New Build purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, right to buy, first time buyers, acting on behalf of the lender and purchase of residential property through a Company. You should be confident in front of clients and be committed to providing an exceptional level of service to them. You must be enthusiastic, forward-thinking and a team player. You should be willing to network in order to make a name for yourself locally and to bring in new clients and contacts to the firm.
