Sales and Lettings NegotiatorLocation : City Hinckley Category Lettings, Sales Position Type Permanent Full-Time Bonus Scheme Yes Advertised Salary £20,000 - £23,000 OTEJob ProfileYour Move in HInckley are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis.This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.As a negotiator you will:Register Customers and carry out property matches for both Sales and Lettings propertiesGenerate and conduct property viewingsNegotiate offers between all partiesMaximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)Display excellent customer service at all timesFull training will be provided, however as a minimum you will need to evidence relevant transferrable skills such as previous targeted sales experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment.In return we offer:On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £20,000 - £23,000per annumBasic salary from £19,000 depending on experience6 months guaranteed commission pay5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rotaPension SchemeCareer ProgressionIt is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.Due to the expected high level of applications, we cannot unfortunately respond to them all. #J-18808-Ljbffr
