Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of store operations including sales performance, KPIs, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, reporting and stock ordering. Champion NEOM’s brand by organising and supporting in‑store and field events and collaborating with local businesses and partners. Recruit, train and mentor your team with a strong focus on education, development and wellbeing. Deliver an unforgettable NEOM Wellbeing experience for every customer, inspiring positive lifestyle choices. Develop and execute an Annual Events Plan to support monthly activations and brand partnerships. Identify opportunities to support our people and planet, including fundraising for our partnered charity through events and collaborations. Lead community initiatives that promote inclusivity, volunteering and local engagement. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team, ideally in a standalone retail environment. Proven background in the health and beauty industry. Passion for wellbeing and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team. Commercially driven with a focus on increasing store footfall and brand presence. Excellent attention to detail and high operational standards. Confident communicator with a collaborative and proactive mindset. IT literate, comfortable using MS Office, Excel and Google Drive. Self‑motivated, able to multitask and work independently.
