Delivery Manager – London Brent Cross (N107894) Join Next as a Delivery Manager in our Brent Cross store. This role supports stock processing, stockroom organisation and performance targets. 32hrs p/w; Sun 10:30‑18:30; Mon 08:30‑15:30; Tue 07:30‑15:30; Wed 08:30‑15:30; Fri 09:30‑13:30 About the role To be a successful Delivery Manager you will: Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in an environment which is commercial, operationally efficient, safe and where performance targets are achieved Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management team when needed Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do Ensure smooth running of the stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems – driving the highest stockroom and stock processing standards Always strive to ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to our customers as soon as possible About you You are passionate about our customers, our people and our products. A team player who works at their best in a results‑driven, fast‑paced and challenging environment. A great communicator who can work naturally with people at all levels and stays calm and approachable even under pressure. Demonstrates problem‑solving, sound business decision making and can generate innovative ideas. Confident dealing with people issues. Effective multi‑tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise workload. Experience in working to productivity related performance targets is desirable but not essential. In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to, for example, the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level, not being met.
