The Role Plan, deliver and assess vocational programmes in Electrical Installations. Support trainees across a range of learning levels and environments. Contribute to commercial activities as needed. Help shape curriculum development within the Directorate. Promote a positive and engaging learning experience for all students. Demonstrate and uphold the college values: Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Ambition and Compassion. About You Hold vocational qualifications to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Have (or be willing to work towards) Assessor qualifications such as A1 or V awards. Have (or be willing to work towards) a teaching qualification. Bring excellent communication, interpersonal and administrative skills. Enjoy working as part of a supportive team. Have a flexible and professional approach to your work. Bring either teaching experience in FE or recent industry experience. Confidently work with learners of different ages and abilities. Self‑motivated, energetic and able to work with autonomy.
