Essential
- Has a commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils and providing equality of opportunity
- Has educational achievement sufficient to support clear reporting and presentation skills
- An excellent caring and empathetic skill towards pupils
- Have a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, or if unqualified, a willingness to complete the qualification
Desirable
- Experience in early years would be beneficial, including the EYFS Framework
- Knowledge of working with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
