Amex GBT Egencia is seeking a Program Manager to join our Product & Engineering team. We are looking for someone who loves solving real-world business problems and dedicated to innovative thinking to ensure Amex GBT Egencia continues to be the technology leader in the corporate travel space. What You’ll do: Own the delivery (from inception to go-to-market) of cross functional programs which span across P&E, Finance, GCO and B2B Excellence. Identify the relevant stakeholders for each program and manage expectations. Collaborate with all partners to understand the work breakdown, activity sequencing & develop the plan for delivery. Manage dependencies, risks, issues and validate planning assumptions as they come up. Provide stakeholders with regular status updates, written or verbal. Establish and execute governance routines and practices as needed to keep the program on track. Where needed, act as the planning vanguard for teams under your remit, for 90 and 180 days planning cycles. Who We're Looking For: BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent professional experience 5 years of Technical Program or Product Management experience in a professional technology organization, such as e-commerce Deep understanding of business process flows in Customer Service and/or Finance organization Transportation / Travel Industry Knowledge is a plus Excellent problem resolution skills; using data to validate an approach Communicates concisely to different levels of the organization. Works to provide clarity when given ambiguous scope.
