Financial Adviser – Boutique Wealth Management Firm – Up to £130,000 + 50% Bonus | Hybrid (City of London)Exciting Opportunity for Growth-Focused Financial AdvisersA boutique Wealth Management firm in London is looking to hire an experienced Financial Adviser who excels in developing new client relationships and advising high-net-worth individuals. This is an exceptional opportunity for an adviser who wants to build a scalable client book with full support across investment management, paraplanning, marketing, and lead generation.What’s on Offer:Base salary up to £130,000 depending on experience50% bonus on new client assets under management (AUM), If you onboard £10 million AUM a year your bonus will be roughly £36,550)Yearly discretionary bonus, which is 10% of salaryEquity potential – share options available for long-term wealth creationHybrid working model – flexible with around 2 days/week in a central London officeWarm inbound leads and proactive marketing supportTop-quartile investment portfolios managed by a dedicated in-house investment teamFull paraplanning and compliance support to keep your focus on clientsKey Responsibilities:Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients (typically £500,000–£10m AUM)Deliver personalised financial advice covering investment planning, tax, pensions, and estate planningActively identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnershipsConduct ongoing reviews to ensure financial strategies align with client goalsWork alongside paraplanners, investment analysts, and business development teamsIdeal Candidate:Diploma Level 4 qualifiedDemonstrable experience in financial advice and client acquisitionTransferable client base of £10m–£30m AUM (post-covenant) is desirableStrong understanding of UK financial planning, tax, and investment productsHighly motivated, client-focused, and comfortable operating in a boutique environmentWhy Join This Firm?This is more than just a job—it's a long-term career opportunity with a respected City-based wealth management firm that blends independence with institutional-grade resources.
