We are FLM, a fast growing wealth management company who look after over £1.65bn of client money across 5,000 clients.

We may be biased but we believe we are the best place to learn the skills of how to be a Financial Adviser and build a client base. So far over 30 people have trodden this path and been through our training program to become a successful Financial Adviser at FLM.

Our Associate Financial Adviser Programme prepares and develops you for a long-term career as a Financial Planner. Over one or two years (it is down to you how fast you complete the program), you will gain critical client experience, complete your Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, learn how to give sound financial advice, and build your own client base. You will work exclusively with one of the best Financial Advisers in the industry, whilst receiving training from all areas of the business. Once you have completed the program, you will have an uncapped earnings and capital opportunity whilst building your own client base as you progress to be a self employed Financial Adviser.
- You will work with a financial planner exclusively who will involve you in every aspect of their business and mentor you.
- You will have an exclusive Transition Manager, who will be with you every step of the way supporting you through the program.
- You will receive training from all corners of the business, from shareholders to our marketing team.
- You will receive financial support in doing your exams.
- You will have the benefit of working with more than 30 people who have been through the program and you can ask questions to at any point.

We are looking for someone displaying the below skills and qualities:

- Strong passion for finance and investment management.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyse financial data
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct
