To be successful, it is imperative that you will be a professional and ambitious individual who can build strong rapport with their clients; It will also be crucial that you can regularly develop and maintain successful and long-lasting client relationships.If you have experience within a face to face or client dealing role and are either level 4 qualified (in financial services) or are working towards your level 4 diploma, then the firm are eager to speak with you.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- You will provide financial advice to prospective and existing clients, meeting their financial goals and objectives; You must undertake frequent client meetings with existing and prospective clients while always providing a consistent service to all levelsof client regardless of their business requirement.
- You will professionally service the needs of existing clients while creating new opportunities via networking and referrals.
- You will create a business plan with management and work towards agreed targets and goals; You will subsequently work hard to achieve business quality standards that comply with the firm’s procedures as set out in the agreed original (and future) businessplans.
- You must act in a compliant manner and deliver an outstanding level of customer service while ensuring that you adhere to the FCA rules and regulations; To ensure maintenance of competence, you will regularly review your training needs and, in conjunctionwith your supervisor, you will address those needs in an appropriate and timely manner.
- You will undertake regular professional development to ensure that each client receives up-to-date and appropriate advice; Going forward, you will be fully supported in successfully completing regulatory training.
- In line with business standards, you will ensure that all client data, business transactions and information are recorded in a timely manner.

**About You**
- You must have achieved or be working towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (CII, CISI or LIBF). Also, CAS/CF30 status currently or previously held is desired but not essential.
- You must have a keen interest in financial advice/wealth management and be motivated to develop your knowledge on all associated advice areas (including investments, pensions, protection, retirement options, and tax planning).
- You will be eager to develop your career and will therefore possess a strong understanding of how you would like to achieve this; You will be prepared to undergo further study/training where appropriate.
- You must be hard-working, enthusiastic, confident, and articulate with a strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience/service; You will have a strong ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- You will be a confident and charismatic individual with excellent sales and presentation skills; You will be driven and highly motivated to achieve and exceed business targets.
- You must have exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills; You will have the ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
- You will be IT literate.

- As an Employed Adviser, you will have the opportunity to manage your clients with solid back office support and on-going personal development guidance. The package on offer can be tailored to suit your requirements to ensure that you have a solid base tobe an effective, efficient, and successful adviser.
- As a Self-Employed Adviser, you will have all of the same support as the business’s employed advisers but with an attractive commission split that has convinced a large percentage of advisers to adopt the Self-Employed route. The firm can also provide financialassistance to aid you with your transition into a new role.
