Job Title: Trainee Financial Adviser

We are currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team. As a trainee financial advisor, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals and plan for their future.
We specialise in all areas of financial planning, and we break the typical mould of a financial advisory company by providing professional long-term client led solutions, that are given remotely through cutting edge technology. As our client base continues grow (turnover is up 50% for the last financial year) we need hard working, highly motivated and intelligent people to join in our success.
This role is designed to offer the individual the opportunity to build a substantial client base of high-net-worth individuals. The ultimate goal is to become a fully qualified financial adviser with the option to build your own team in the future and progress to a Chartered Level.
The team is expanding rapidly, and the aim is to provide a level of technical expertise and personal service to our client base of high-net-worth individuals.
Key responsibilities and accountability
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service to schedule meetings to enhance and develop new or existing relationships in pursuit of new advice opportunities to increase business levels.
- Focus on delivering long term relationships that deliver value to the client.
- Comply with all ethical and regulatory requirements in the financial industry by following office processes.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Staying current with changes in the financial industry and market trends
- Gain a comprehensive depth of knowledge by extensive training and completion of exams by reaching a Diploma or Chartered level
Competency Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and understandable manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and clients

Other Job Specific Experience/Technical Skills/Abilities
- Sales experience is desirable but not essential.
- Winning mentality.
- Relevant IT knowledge (Microsoft Office & Excel).
