Caring for our residents is at the heart of our business, but looking after their wellbeing in their next chapter of life goes much further than watching TV and a game of Bingo. Driven by our team of Wellbeing Coordinators, you will be the difference in ensuring that our residents’ days are filled with fun, variety, and stimulation. Responsibilities Plan and organize monthly rolling programmes and individual activities, encouraging residents to stay active and maintain their hobbies. Help residents socialize and enjoy their time in the care home through diverse activities that cater to all preferences. Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities. Qualifications Event planning skills: proven ability to develop and organise a range of engaging events and activities. Creativity and confidence: friendly, creative, and confident personality that shines through in your work. Passion for elderly care: genuine interest in working with the elderly, helping them live life to the fullest. Communication and teamwork: strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
