Project Support Officer – Staines-Upon-Thames, England, United Kingdom Job Description Project Support Officer will provide administrative support to the Programme Manager and assist the delivery of projects across the Highways and Transport disciplines. Key responsibilities include communication between various stakeholders and internal parties, maintaining records, updating project delivery plans, organising meetings, and providing financial support. Assisting with the delivery of high‑profile Highways and Transport projects. Communicating all stages of the project to internal and external parties and stakeholders. Organising meetings and publications. Maintaining records, providing financial support, performing quality checks, and updating project plans and programmes. Providing oversight, triage, and administration of various elements of correspondence. Processing invoices, raising purchase orders, and undertaking financial reporting. Being responsible and accountable for delivering outcomes, taking ownership and responsibility, as a distributed leader of all tasks and projects assigned, and escalating risks in accordance with governance arrangements.
