Responsibilities Work with services to establish, develop and maintain relationships to facilitate research activities and clinical tasks such as venepuncture and biological sample handling. Identify and enroll patients, their carers and staff into research projects. Conduct advertising, screening, consent and data collection with participants as required. Collect and transport blood samples in a community environment. Participate in practical phlebotomy assessment during the interview process. Qualificationsh3> Phlebotomy qualification (or equivalent). Experience working with people with mental health problems, physical health problems and/or other disabilities. Understanding of research methods used in NHS. Excellent communication skills, ability to establish and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Creative problem solver, comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Valid UK driving licence and access to a motor vehicle. Other Information Salary will include a High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum £4,313 to maximum £5,436 p.a. pro rata for part time) for Outer London, and % for Fringe (minimum £1,192 to maximum £2,011 p.a. pro rata for part time). #J-18808-Ljbffr
