To accelerate our delivery performance, we're hiring a Director of Infrastructure Readiness / Commissioning - a strategic yet hands-on leader who will shape how STACK bridges design, procurement, construction, and commissioning across our growing portfolio.This is a unique opportunity to define and lead a function that sits at the heart of STACK's delivery success. You'll be the link between our engineering, procurement, and construction teams - ensuring every project moves efficiently from design to "Ready for Service." Your work will directly improve Time to Market, strengthen RFS predictability, and help STACK deliver for our clients with confidence and precision.If you want to make an impact at scale - where your decisions directly influence delivery speed, quality, and client satisfaction - this is your opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn infrastructure readiness across multiple European projects - from procurement through commissioningDrive alignment between General Contractors, OFCI vendors, and STACK's internal teams to ensure seamless deliverySupport procurement strategy, evaluating OFCI and GC buyouts to eliminate scope gaps and optimize vendor engagementAccelerate commissioning by validating schedules, optimizing sequences, and applying lessons learned across projectsLead continuous improvement, developing metrics, benchmarking GC performance, and embedding QA / QC best practices across the portfolioAct as a trusted advisor to project teams, guiding decisions that improve predictability, performance, and integrationWhat You Bring10+ years' experience in data center design, construction, or commissioning, ideally across EuropeA solid background in engineering or construction with deep technical understanding of MEP and commissioning readinessProven ability to lead and influence in matrixed, multi-disciplinary teamsStrong commercial awareness and understanding of procurement and vendor managementSkilled in schedule validation, QA / QC oversight, and process optimizationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPE or Chartered Engineer qualification preferred, but not essentialWho You AreA decisive, pragmatic leader who thrives on delivery excellenceAble to navigate complexity, connect teams, and drive resultsPassionate about improving processes and reducing time to marketComfortable working autonomously while collaborating across regions and disciplineExcited by the opportunity to build something new - a function that sets industry benchmarkRole PracticalitiesReports to : VP, Infrastructure DeliveryLocation : Flexible across EuropeTravel : Approx. 1-2 site or stakeholder visits per monthWhy Join STACK?At STACK, you'll help shape how Europe delivers its most critical infrastructure.
