Shape the Future of Infrastructure We are hiring a Director of Infrastructure for England & Wales. Are you ready to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across England and Wales? Currie & Brown is seeking an experienced professional to lead our infrastructure business, working alongside senior directors and national leaders to deliver impactful projects in Rail, Aviation, Highways, Utilities, Defence, and Energy. Some of What You’ll Do: Develop and implement infrastructure strategy aligned with regional and national plans and define key sub-markets and focus areas Set and achieve growth targets for revenue, headcount, and market penetration and oversee financial management (full P&L accountability, budgeting, reporting) Champion operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement, we need you to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing, diverse team Expand our client base and strengthen relationships across key sectors Collaborate with national leaders to secure major programmes and share best practices Represent England and Wales Infrastructure at internal and external forums, promoting our capabilities and values What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in infrastructure or related sectors Strong financial management skills (P&L ownership, budgeting) Strategic planning and execution capability Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Commercial acumen and understanding of regional market dynamics Track record of delivering growth and operational excellence Why Join Us?
