Position Overview:
As a Social Worker / Senior Practitioner (Children's), you will be responsible for managing your caseload, providing expert supervision, and contributing to practice development within our children's services team. This contract role offers a chance to develop your skills while making a meaningful impact.

Duration: 3 months with possible extension

Pay Rates:
Social Worker / Band 1 (ASYE + 2+ years’ experience): £28.55/hour inclusive of holiday pay
Senior Social Worker / Band 2 (ASYE + 3+ years’ experience): £30.57/hour inclusive of holiday pay
Advanced/Senior Practitioner / Assistant Team Manager: £33.30/hour inclusive of holiday payCandidate Responsibilities:
As a Social Worker / Senior Practitioner (Children's), your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing and prioritising a caseload of children and families, ensuring timely interventions.
Conducting assessments ensuring the best outcomes for children.
Producing clear, comprehensive reports and case notes.
Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams and partner organisations.
Providing supervision and support to junior team members when needed.
Contributing to practice development, sharing knowledge, and supporting continuous improvement.
Upholding safeguarding procedures and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.
Participating in team meetings, case reviews, and training sessions.
Engaging in reflective practice to develop personal and team performance.What We Offer:
