Adult Social Care Community Business Support services in Staffordshire are looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Business Support Lead to work within Adult Social Care with responsibility for the Business Support Teams in both Codsall and Cannock. There will be an expectation that an equal amount of time is spent in each location. You will be part of the Management Team supporting the South West (Stafford, Cannock and South Staffs) working alongside colleagues covering these areas.

Council Offices, Wolverhampton Road, Codsall, WV8 1PX - band 5 - full time 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a highly motivated and committed Administrator to work within the Community Business Support team supporting Adult Social Care within our Partnership Trust. You will need to have excellent attention to detail, are able to work within a team and/ or independently, must have strong communication skills, good IT skills and a willingness to learn.

Social Work Learning Academy (SWLA)

On appointment, the post holder will be auto-enrolled in the SWLA and aligned to the appropriate British Association of Social Work Professional Capabilities Framework. The relevant SWLA ‘stage’ (i.e. stage 1 (ASYE), 2 (Social Worker) or 3 (Advanced Social Worker) will also be agreed taking all prior Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and relevant experience into consideration. The post holder will be required to take responsibility for their own Continuous Professional Development.
