PMB Solutions Ltd are recruiting for Support Workers in the Codsall Area on behalf of their client.

Our client is looking for Support Workers who are caring and passionate about the work they do supporting young adults with learning disabilities out in the community and trying to give these young individuals the lifestyle and experiences they deserve.
Our client currently has opportunities for individuals to join a team supporting a young man who lives in his own home and is based in the Codsall area they provide support 24 hours a day 7 days per week.
**Working Hours**:
12 hours shifts 9 am - 9 pm & 9 pm - 9 am
Days & Sleeping Nights
Monday to Sunday
Pay Rates from £11.44 per hour

**Requirements**:
- Rights to work in the UK
- Must be over 18
- Driving License & Transport
- Experience working with any of the following: Autism, Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities or a Mental Health Condition
