Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Crawley with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The individual will manage and grow key client accounts, develop and execute business strategies, build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities. The Business Development Manager will also conduct market research, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets while fostering collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy Building and converting your own pipeline of potential customers. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge and experience in the telecoms, IT, or technology industry with experience of selling VoIP platforms.
