Overview:

An established and rapidly growing technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced
Corporate Business Development Manager
to drive growth within the corporate and education sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in
audio-visual (AV) or technology integration
to join a dynamic and innovative organisation.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven ability to build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver high-value AV solutions that align with customer needs while achieving commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultative sales professional to both new and existing corporate clients.
  • Develop and implement a structured sales strategy, including proactive prospecting, market engagement, and weekly target planning.
  • Generate new business through outbound activity, networking, referrals, and participation in industry events.
  • Prepare and present accurate, competitive quotations and proposals to meet profitability and growth targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to order processing, site surveys, and post-sales engagement.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools, ensuring KPIs and pipeline goals are achieved.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (design, projects, purchasing, and support) to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing account management and identify opportunities for client growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver or coordinate client presentations and product demonstrations in partnership with manufacturers and distributors.
  • Represent the business at exhibitions, trade shows, and client events to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Contribute to team meetings with insights, strategies, and feedback to support continuous improvement.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to meet evolving business needs.
