Van Driver – Clothing Collections

We are looking for a reliable Van Driver to collect clothes and household items from homes in London and surrounding areas.

Job details:

*

Collections of clothes, books and household items from pre-booked addresses

*

Around 35–40 stops per day

*

Start and finish at our depot in NW9

*

Working hours: about 7:00–16:00, Monday to Saturday

*

Van, fuel and insurance provided – you can keep the van at home

*

Using a smartphone app and navigation for routes and collections

Pay:

*

From £125 per day

*

Overtime £15/hour if the day runs longer

*

Tips from customers are kept by the driver

*

Paid weekly (every Saturday)

*

Self-employed / contract position (you handle your own tax and NI)

Requirements:

*

Driving licence held for at least 1 year

*

Confident driving a medium wheelbase van (MB Sprinter) in London traffic

*

Able to use a smartphone, apps and navigation (Google Maps, Waze, etc.)

*

Able to read addresses and communicate in basic English

*

Physically fit – bags of clothes can be heavy

*

Careful driver who avoids speeding, parking fines and other penalties
