23 days holiday rising to 25 days after 2 years

You will be:

- Completing daily delivery sheets for each visit, obtaining customer signature for receipt of goods and invoice.
- Ensuring that the image and levels of customer service within the department is in line with Company standards.
- Delivering all goods in line with predetermined delivery schedules, collecting cash / cheques from customers for all cash collection invoices and being responsible for its safekeeping.
- Ensuring that all customer complaints are dealt with both speedily and effectively, referring any unresolved problems to the job holder’s immediate supervisor.
- Handling all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure the LSH Auto UK/Mercedes-Benz experience is always delivered to all contacts.
- Check all goods for delivery against advice note ensuring that all goods are loaded, advise of any shortages, or damaged items ensuring that missing items are made up or that invoices are amended, and shortages are highlighted.

You will have:

- Clean UK Driving License
- Forklift experience (preferred)
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- IT literate
- Previous multidrop delivery experience
