About the Role As a Sales Development Associate you’ll play a key role in driving Titanbay’s growth by enabling our Senior Sales team to stay laser‑focused on closing live deals. Working closely with our Managing Director and Head of GP Solutions, you’ll be on the front lines, joining client calls, helping craft proposals, coordinating demos and ensuring our CRM and sales engine run like clockwork. This role offers excellent exposure to the full sales cycle, cutting‑edge fund infrastructure and sophisticated clients. While this is not a quota‑carrying sales role, you’ll develop the core skills needed to step into one over time, with access to mentorship, support and client exposure. Key Responsibilities Prepare meeting briefs and support follow‑ups for senior sales team Maintain accurate CRM data and track all sales activity in HubSpot Coordinate and tailor pitch materials across internal teams Coordinate RFP responses Support live deal workflows, including proposal drafting and scheduling Master product demos and assist with technical walk‑throughs Source and qualify new leads through outbound efforts and events Track competitor activity and share regular market insights and trends Monitor sales pipeline and ensure team accountability to next steps Requirements Must‑Have Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Clear & confident written and verbal communication skills Self‑starter with high levels of initiative and ownership Technically literate and quick to learn new tools (e.g., CRM, pitch materials, product demos) Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently Highly reliable in following up, tracking progress and keeping others accountable Team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude A genuine interest in developing a sales career in private markets or financial services Nice‑to‑Have Experience in a sales support, administrative or commercial role, whether that be via internship or early‑career experience Exposure to CRM systems with strong discipline for data accuracy (we use HubSpot) Familiarity with financial services or private markets (academic or practical) Experience assisting with presentations, proposals or pitch materials Demonstrated comfort presenting or giving product demos (even in academic settings) Why Join Titanbay?
