Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of market trends, competitor products, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making. Assist in preparing compelling product presentations, technical reports, and sales collateral tailored to B2B customers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Support the updating and maintenance of product documentation including datasheets, technical specifications, and marketing procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage and verify product information within internal databases and systems, promoting data integrity and accessibility. Facilitate product change and update approval processes, collaborating closely with product managers to ensure timely and effective communication.
