University of Wolverhampton Students' Union represents and supports around 22,000 students across three main campuses.Many have overcome multiple systemic barriers simply to get to university and it's up to us to give them a voice so that they can getthe support and guidance they need to get the most from their time at university and achieve their potential when they leave.

As an organisation in our own right and independent of the University, we are extremely proud of the work we do and the difference that we make to our students' lives.

We have a great opportunity for a passionate and committed individual who can manage our Student Voice team, initiate and oversee projects, promote the union's democratic processes, champion the needs of our students and influence policy changes.

**To be successful you'll need to**:

- Have an understanding of participation and engagement issues in the Higher Education and/or voluntary sectors.
- Be able to take a constructive and co-operative approach to solving problems and resolving conflict; and
- Be able to build constructive relationships within a diverse group of individuals
