Join Collins Aerospace as a Digital Technology Placement Student and gain hands-on experience in the aerospace industry while completing your degree. This 12-month placement will immerse you in key projects that advance our digital journey and support Wolverhampton’s transformation into a smart, connected factory.

**What You’ll Do**

You’ll be part of our Digital Technology team, where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and support critical projects, with responsibilities that may include:

- ** Project Management**: Oversee significant technology projects, from software updates to the introduction of new platforms.
- ** Digital Strategy**: Work alongside business leaders and specialists as we implement our Digital Strategy.
- ** Automation & Innovation**: Support the transition to a smart factory by assisting with projects such as:

- Transaction and data collection automation
- Robotic interfaces and reporting automation
- Development of intelligent business models

**About You**
- Currently pursuing a technology-based bachelor’s degree, on track for a 2:1 or above.
- Familiarity with programming or web design skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, VBA, Java, PHP, ASP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, adaptable and calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated, creative, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
