**Job Purpose / Summary**
With a turnover of €2,2 billion, RUBIX is the largest supplier of industrial maintenance & distribution network in Europe. Present in 23 countries with more than 8000 employees.
As the group keeps growing across Europe and has set a strategic focus on Digital & E-Business, we are looking to fill an exciting, newly created role to drive our digital activation and implementation in the UK.
Currently 20% of Rubix UK sales are through a digital channel and we have a 2-year vision to increase this to 30%+ in line with the group strategic pillar Digital with a Human Touch where we are aiming a build a €1bn digital business at the heart of Rubix.
A key member of the UK Digital Team, you are responsible for ensuring the technical solutions are implemented and successfully embedded within both the Rubix UK and customer organisations. This role is to help drive digital sales by enhancing the web journeyfor customers to drive additional traffic to the webshop.
You will be working closely with the digital director to ensure a feature roadmap is implemented with a roll out plan that is communicated to internal members as well as customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Accountable for the deployment of new web features. Gather new requirements and build roadmap of evolutions to accelerate adoption.
- Owns the VOC to be included in the web evolution roadmap to assist the digital director.
- Represent UK at group specific meetings
- Build an operational relationship with key stakeholders (including sales, finance, marketing, operations and eCommerce) to drive key enablers impacting digital/omni channel adoption
- Gather new requirements and build roadmap to accelerate initiative including project plan / and reporting to ensure an easy customer experience according to management priorities
- Produce the project definition to include scope, roles, responsibilities, timescales and resources
- Prepare a comprehensive project plan taking input from technical and business resources
- Linking CRM with digital and understanding the VOC
- Ownership of new projects, understanding business needs and managing the project from development to live
**Skills & Experience**
- Essential_
- Working with sales network
- Have relevant and demonstrable project management experience
- A full and complete understanding of the technical project life cycle and effective deployment of technology-based projects to the business
- Training people on digital services
- Planning and organising daily sales rituals
- Project management experience
- Working cross functional with other departments
- Up to date experience of CRM
- Understanding VOC and formulating plans on how to make experience better for customer
- Strong administrative and organisation skills with good attention to detail
- Excellent confident communicator and coaching skills
- Background in working within a B2B
- Technical Skills_
- CRM experience
- Content management systems
- Project management qualification (desirable)
- Significant Digital and E-commerce experience
- Sales experience
- Agile experience (desirable)
