Senior Physiotherapist - Leominster Community Hospital Job Summary A permanent Band 6 Physiotherapist position working 30 hours predominantly with our inpatient team at Leominster Community Hospital. Some flexibility to cover other Community Hospital sites is beneficial. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will provide high quality assessment and treatment to patients, demonstrating clinical autonomy and managing a range of conditions including neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, and frailty. You will be involved in day‑to‑day operational management of the inpatient therapy service and work with professional leads to develop the service further. Main Duties Plan, complete specialist assessments and deliver interventions independently. Manage your own patient caseload, prioritise workload and demonstrate clinical autonomy. Provide clear supervision to others, delegate tasks to registered and non-registered staff. Participate in 7‑day working and join the on‑call rota once competencies achieved. Work with adults and/or children as required.
