Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements. Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to translate business needs into actionable solutions, supporting end to end design beyond the digital platform. Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Support end-to-end testing efforts, including system testing, UAT coordination, and hands-on testing. Track and help resolve issues during release cycles. Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for platform features, changes, and workflows. Contribute to continuous improvement of ecommerce and customer-facing systems. Provide cover for out of hours incidents shared with the rest of the team members on the digital rota. Positively represent the technology function alongside internal and external stakeholders as required Create a culture of honesty, accountability and engagement within the function ensuring everyone is treated with respect What you will need to succeed as a Business Analyst 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Digital Analyst, or similar role. Exposure to ecommerce platforms, ideally Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or similar (e.g. Shopify Plus, Magento, Adobe Commerce). Good understanding of agile delivery processes and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence). Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills. Willingness to take part in hands-on testing and release validation. Curiosity and empathy for the customer journey and digital experience. Desirable: Experience working in a retail or consumer-facing business. Familiarity with CRM or order management system integrations.
