About our Clients This amazing Nursery in Hackney with an unique outdoor environment is seeking an experienced supernumerary Nursery Deputy Manager to join the team. Working alongside the manager in supporting the day to day operations of the Nursery supporting the team and families and of course the little people too. Working 40 hrs a week salary is c38k depending on experience. Requirements Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare. At least 3 years experience of working within a day nursery Experience of a management role in leading and supporting a teams. Understanding of the Ofsted Requirements and up to date knowledge of all changes in Ofsted or the Curriculum A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life. A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum. Form bonds with children and their families ensuring each child feels secure and supported. Team Player with excellent communication skills the ability to give and receive feedback and a positive proactive approach. Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment resources and experiences offered to children.
