Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Nursery Manager in achieving and maintaining outstanding standards of care and education
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and team development
  • Lead by example — inspire, coach, and motivate your colleagues
  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents, children, and staff
  • Oversee daily operations, routines, and ratio management
  • Take part in risk assessments, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed
  • Step up to act as Manager in their absence, ensuring the nursery runs smoothly
