We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win togetherYour RoleAs a Sales Development Representative at Tenable, you’ll be on the front lines of driving pipeline growth. You\'ll work in close partnership with the sales team to identify and qualify both inbound and outbound opportunities that directly impact revenue and push our go-to-market strategy forward. This is your chance to make a real difference, fast.Your OpportunityStrategically research and identify high-potential target accounts for outbound campaigns to generate qualified sales opportunitiesAct swiftly on inbound leads, turning initial interest into sales-qualified opportunities and accelerating pipeline creationCollaborate with regional sales teams to shape and execute territory attack plans—scheduling key meetings and product demosPartner with Marketing to amplify the impact of webinars and events—owning outreach, invitations, and follow-ups to drive engagement across the full funnelRepresent Tenable at in-person events as needed, supporting field engagement and lead generation effortsMaintain precise, up-to-date records in CRM systems to ensure data accuracy across your regionContribute to a culture of continuous improvement—refining messaging, testing new tools, and sharing actionable feedback to boost team performanceTake on additional duties as assigned to support broader business goalsWhat You’ll Need1–3 years of experience in sales development roles, with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and cold callingAbility to thrive under pressure—managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentStrong attention to detail and exceptional time management skillsFluency in English; additional languages are a strong plusAnd IdeallyProficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platformsA Bachelor’s degreeTenable is an equal opportunity employer.
