As Night Manager, you will oversee night-shift operations, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents while leading and supporting a dedicated team of care staff to maintain excellent standards of care throughout the night.You will receive a thorough induction along with ongoing online and face-to-face training to support your development.
