Soft Facilities Manager – Cleaning Services Location: RAF Waddington | Salary: £29,107 per annum | Hours: 40/week | Contract: Full‑time, Permanent About The Role ESS is looking for a motivated Soft Facilities Manager to lead a cleaning team of 30, ensuring exceptional facilities, cleaning, and accommodation services across your site. You’ll manage budgets, drive service excellence, and champion safety and compliance, creating a welcoming and professional environment for staff and clients alike. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 30 colleagues. Serve as point of contact for all waste subcontractors. Oversee facilities management, cleaning, and accommodation services. Manage budgets, resources, and third‑party suppliers. Maintain high standards through audits, quality checks, and client engagement. Ensure Health & Safety compliance and implement company policies. Deal with client queries and manage expectations. About You Experienced in facilities or hospitality management, with at least 12 months managing a large team (20+). Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. IT literate, numerate, and able to meet deadlines. UK manual driving licence. Desirable: NVQ Level 3, Health & Safety knowledge.
