Job Introduction ESS is looking for a motivated Soft Facilities Manager to lead a cleaning team of 30, ensuring exceptional facilities, cleaning, and accommodation services across your site. You'll manage budgets, drive service excellence, and champion safety and compliance, creating a welcoming and professional environment for staff and clients alike. Location & Salary Location: RAF Waddington | Salary: £29,107 per annum | Hours: 40/week | Contract: Full-time, Permanent Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 30 colleagues. Point of contact for all Waste Sub Contractors. Oversee facilities management, cleaning, and accommodation services. Manage budgets, resources, and third‑party suppliers. Maintain high standards through audits, quality checks, and client engagement. Ensure Health & Safety compliance and implement company policies. Deal with client queries and managing expectations. Qualifications Experienced in facilities or hospitality management, with at least 12 months managing a large team (20+). Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. IT literate, numerate, and able to meet deadlines. UK manual driving licence. Desirable: NVQ Level 3, Health & Safety knowledge. Benefits Contributory pension scheme.
